HIGH VELOCITY MESH FILTER

Mesh filter class G2 according to EN 779:2002 (50% ≤ Am< 65% / 65% ≤ Am< 80%).  Filter has hundreds of surfaces scientifically arranged to force contaminant-laden air to change direction and thus impinge on these surfaces. This unique design will trap and hold up to 98% of grease and other foreign matter.

APPLICATIONS

Commercial kitchens where their primary function is to reduce grease carry over from the cooking area.  

Filtration of greasy vapours and aggressive atmospheres.  Civil and industrial air conditioning systems with high dust loads.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

CONSTRUCTION

These filters are manufactured by rolling a metal frame, which holds a series of expanded and corrugated metal layers. These layers create an impingement barrier which catches grease from the extract air.  The filter media is protected by wire mesh on both sides to guarantee the consistency of the pack.

CLEANING

For continued efficient operation, grease filters are easily washed in a solution of warm, soapy water or by holding under a live steam jet or a stream of hot running water.  Stainless steel and galvanised mesh sheds grease rapidly, no expensive, hazardous solvents are required.

EASY INSTALLATION

Grease filters can be easily adapted to any standard type canopy or back shelf assembly.  Filters can be easily installed in any type range canopy-new or existing.  They are also available in single unit or multiple unit "V" assemblies.
